Piano-Bars
Winko Ljizz has been building and playing his own piano-bars since the 1970s — pianos raised to bar height with barstools around the keyboard, so there is no stage between the OneManBand and the audience.
Baby Grand Piano-Bar
bar height with 5 barstools
The heart of the Acoustic Sanctuary. A baby grand piano raised to bar height, with five barstools wrapped around the curve of the piano so the audience sits right at the music. Up to 10 adults fit inside with seating for seven; the countertops on either side of the van bloom open for ground-level spectators looking in.
Spinet Piano-Bar
for the Model T Theatre stage
A compact spinet (small upright) piano built into a bar-height counter, sized for the flatbed stage of the 1926 Model TT truck. The same piano-bar idea in a smaller footprint: era-appropriate acoustic music, silent-movie accompaniment and vaudeville with the audience gathered at the keyboard.
